Shipping policy

Our current delivery times range between 10 days and 4 weeks. Once your item is ready for dispatch, our team will contact you with an update and arrange a suitable delivery date.

Delivery Access

All deliveries are made to the door only. We are not obligated to carry items upstairs.
For flats, delivery will be made to the ground floor unless a prior arrangement has been confirmed.
Please inform us at the time of ordering if you live in a flat or have limited access.

Fitting Services

For orders that include bed fitting services, our delivery team will take the item to your room of choice and assemble it for you.

Measurements and Access

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered items fit through doorways, hallways, staircases, and into the desired room.
We will always provide product dimensions to help you measure accurately.
If, upon delivery, the item does not fit, our team reserves the right to leave the item on-site.

If you have paid for assembly and the product cannot be delivered to the intended location due to access restrictions, the fitting charge will not be refunded, as the delivery crew will have already attended the site.
If the item needs to be remade due to sizing or access issues, this will incur additional charges.
