As all our beds, sofas, and upholstered furniture are bespoke and made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds. However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not up to our quality standards, we’ll arrange a repair or exchange. Please email with photos, videos, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond within 48 hours and, if needed, arrange collection and repair within 7–14 working days.
All bespoke orders and gift cards are non-refundable. A one-year manufacturer’s warranty is included on all bespoke UK-made furniture.
