Delivery times are between 10 days and 4 weeks. Once your item is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange dispatch. All deliveries are to the door only; for flats, delivery is to the ground floor unless agreed otherwise—please mention this when ordering. Beds with fitting services will be taken to the room and assembled. Please ensure items fit through doorways and stairways. If an item doesn’t fit, it may be left on-site, and fitting charges are non-refundable. Remakes due to sizing issues will incur costs.

As all our beds, sofas, and upholstered furniture are bespoke and made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds. However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not up to our quality standards, we’ll arrange a repair or exchange. Please email with photos, videos, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond within 48 hours and, if needed, arrange collection and repair within 7–14 working days.

All bespoke orders and gift cards are non-refundable. A one-year manufacturer’s warranty is included on all bespoke UK-made furniture.
